To become a volunteer, simply download and complete the document below. The conditions of collaboration that define both the commitments of the volunteer and of CIPINA are defined below.
I want to register as a volunteer
- Accept the principles of the Charter
- Collaborate with any volunteer or employee
- Ensure the chosen activities are carried out regularly, punctually and seriously
- Subscribe to the duty of discretion and treat internal information confidentially
- Inform CIPINA as soon as possible if the activity can no longer be carried out as planned or if there is any problem.
The CIPINA team is committed to:
- Provide clear information on CIPINA, its objectives and how it works
- Do not impose but offer the volunteer activities in which he can freely register on a case-by-case basis
- Provide clear information on the precise framework of collaboration according to the chosen voluntary activity
- Provide supervision to the volunteer
- Pay, according to the resources of the association and by agreement with the volunteer, travel related to his activity upon presentation of an expense report
- Provide Civil Liability insurance coverage (material damage to others)
- Provide a certificate of voluntary work or create a “volunteer file” upon request
- Provide information about volunteering in general and useful links
