Francophonie

CIPINA  gives a large place to the Francophonie in its action in a general manner, not only because it  was founded by Francophones, but also because the values defended by the great Francophone house are also those of  CIPINA . Indeed, among the themes on which  CIPINA  focuses its efforts, several of them are defended by the Francophonie. We can cite, for example:

  • The development and promotion of the French language in the service of cultural and linguistic diversity
  • The promotion of Good Governance, Peace, Democracy and Human Rights
  • Capacity building through a policy of support for education, training, higher education and research
  • The development of cooperation in the service of sustainable development and international solidarity
  • The perpetual commitment to respecting human rights, the rooting of democracy and the consolidation of peace, through early warning, conflict prevention, support for crisis exit and transition processes.

At the initiative of  CIPINA , several projects are being set up to highlight the place of African women and young generations of Africans in decision-making processes, participatory democracy and planning the development of the continent. Through its projects (cultural, artistic, sporting, economic, combating discrimination, strengthening democratic institutions), CIPINA  offers  Africans and all those interested in the development of Africa  a platform for exchange, reflection, dialogue and proposals of ideas  around themes that contribute to showcasing Africa. The transfer of know-how, the strengthening of French-speaking expertise and the development of concrete solidarity between its members are thus priorities that  CIPINA  seeks to put forward.

By participating in major international conferences and establishing lasting working relationships with development agencies and multilateral donors, CIPINA  also promotes the activities of its members and contributes to their recognition on the international scene.
In order to contribute to the  promotion of sport as a vector of good health in Africa , CIPINA will work to  inform and sensitize Africans on the practice of physical exercise . In the field of sport, Africa has  brilliant ambassadors  throughout the world, in several disciplines. CIPINA will rely on them for its awareness campaigns aimed at both Africans and their governments.
