Faced with the urgency of situations or requests, there is a strong temptation to quickly provide solutions before having asked the right questions. CIPINA wishes to work in partnership with both institutions and associations, to give itself time to carry out a shared diagnosis that would promote the emergence of relevant projects .
By networking its partners, CIPINA aims to clarify the distribution of their roles in supporting business creation initiatives.
The following five basic principles represent the foundation of CIPINA’s partnership action
1. The principle of mutual interest of the partners
To be viable, a partnership must, from the outset, generate a source of interest for the different parties.
2. The principle of equality of partners
The partnership is based on equal, non-hierarchical relationships.
3. The principle of autonomy of partners
The different parties commit themselves of their own accord and remain free in their actions.
4. The principle of cooperation between partners
A partnership agreement is part of a shared project and this only makes sense if there is mutual assistance and meaningful exchanges between the partners.
5. The principle of evolution between partners
A partnership takes place within a limited space-time requiring continuous evaluation, the result of which may be changes or a cessation of the cooperation agreement.
